I'm a Nashville-native whose artistic journey spans over three decades, primarily as a self-taught painter. Despite starting with oils, pastels, and photography rather than abstract acrylics, I have recently found renewed passion in exploring the boundless possibilities of mixed media.

 

Raised in the vibrant atmosphere of Nashville, creativity has always been woven into my life, even as I navigated the demands of raising three daughters and working in our family business for nearly two decades.

 

Now, with newfound time and energy, I've immersed myself into the world of abstract art, embracing the fluidity of expression offered by various tools and materials.

 

While occasionally dabbling in landscapes and incorporating human elements, my heart truly lies in the realm of mixed media abstraction. My love for music has found it's way into many pieces. Whether for personal satisfaction or commissioned works, I love the journey of creating, allowing the surface and colors to guide my brush with an unending curiosity and imagination.
